WHAT IF I NEED A TOUCH-UP?

Touch-ups are free up to one year after the last tattoo is completed, provided that we do not see signs that healing instructions were contradicted. Touch-ups will also not be covered in situations arising from carelessness.

Please note, not all tattoos qualify for free touch-ups. Ex: Tattoos on fingers, sides of feet, and other high traffic parts of the body.

DO YOU DO PIERCINGS?

Tattoos only.

THIS IS MY FIRST TATTOO. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?

Once you have an idea in mind, you can contact me by phone text 214-454-6324 to set up a consultation. Consultations are free and are a quick conversation where we can go over the details of the project you have in mind; that way we can ensure that you get the tattoo that you have envisioned. Pricing and availability can also be determined once we have had a consultation. Follow the link for more information regarding the tattoo process.

CAN I SEE THE DESIGN FOR MY TATTOO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

All drawings are shown the day of the appointment. There will be enough time in each appointment to go over any questions or changes. Whether major or minor, I don't start tattooing until you're 100% happy with the design. 

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

I politely ask that clients arrive alone as our shop capacity is limited.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Life happens. I do my best to accommodate scheduling changes with a 48 hours notice. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred once to a new time slot. By putting down a deposit, I have committed my time to you. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS INTO THE SHOP?

We do not allow children in the shop. Please respect this policy.
